- Front knee bent, back leg locked
Dwi-Kubi (Back Stance)
- Weight 70% on back leg, 30% on front
- One fist wide, one shoulder long
- Feet are L shaped
- Both knees are bent
Kemosea (Horseback Stance)
- Weight is 50/50
- Shoulder and a half wide
- Knife edge of feet forward
- Both knees are bent
Junbi (Ready Stance)
- Weight is 50/50
- One shoulder wide
- Knife edge of feet forward
Ap-Sogi (Walking Stance)
