TECHNIQUES/STANCES

Front Kick: use ball, instep or heel.
Round Kick: use ball, instep or shin.
Side Kick: use heel and knife edge.

  • Weight 70% on front leg, 30% on back

Dwi-Kubi (Back Stance)

  • Feet are L shaped
