Sparring Class

 We have been working on improving sparring in our advanced group, and have decided to add a Sparring Class. Similar to the Weapons Class, this will take place in the last 20-30 minutes of second hour, and is for Green belts and above. It will be a specially scheduled week, our first week being sometime in April (before the NTI tournament) date TBA. The goal is to practice full contact sparring, so I need students to start looking into full gear! 

If you want to be included in the full contact group you MUST have:

-Head Gear (face shield recommended, required for tournament sparring)

-Chest Protector


*Highly recommended:

 -mouthguard 

-groin cup for gentlemen. 


I will be offering a 20% off sale on head and chest gear, order to be placed Wed March 26th. I also recommend checking for used gear online, I saw listings on FB Marketplace, check ebay or craigslist. There are many practically new listings.
