ABOUT
Kroells Karate Clubs was established by Master Instructor Linda Kroells in the early 90s, and has taught in many local communities over the years. By teaching through Community Education, our students get all the benefits of a Tae Kwon Do school at more affordable pricing.
Our classes are for all people ages 6 and up. This is an excellent way for families to participate in an activity together!
- Signing Up -
Sign up for a session through Community Education in Waconia, Belle Plaine or Shakopee.
Pricing for a 6-week session is $54.00. When you are signed up in one location, you may attend any other classes for free! You just have to travel to the different locations! This allows students to make up any missed classes, meet new students from other locations, and to train at a faster pace. See the SCHEDULE page for info on our locations and class times.
If you enjoy class and would like to continue, you simply sign up again for the next 6 weeks. NO contracts!
- Classes -
In each class, students will work on memorizing their levels. They will also practice striking to targets, self defense, and sparring.
Beginner Level: The first hour covers levels White Belt through Gold Belt/Green Stripe. The advanced group also attends this hour to review the beginner levels.
Advanced Level: The second hour classes are for Green Belts and above, and cover all advanced ranks and techniques.
*Private Classes: KKC Tae Kwon Do also offers private group classes through Homeschool co-ops. If you are interested in hosting a Tae Kwon Do class, email kkctaekwondo@gmail.com.
- Uniforms -
Students do not need a uniform to participate in our classes. They may wear any loose, comfortable clothing that is appropriate for kicking. Uniforms and/or tshirts can be purchased at all locations. Outside uniforms are not permitted.
Students who have a uniform should adhere to proper dress code- uniform pants, belt, and either a KKC shirt or a plain white or black shirt.
